Yumi’s red capsicum & roasted cashew dip
This looks yummy, where to buy it? Not available at Coles/Woolworths.
Really yum, just bought last weekend from Coles actually - on special then.
Could not find it at Coles, it is not listed in their website as well - https://shop.coles.com.au/a/a-national/everything/search/yum…
@bargainaus: I got mine from Coles Tooronga Village VIC. Perhaps get a friendly staff at your local Coles to check their system and see if they can direct you to the nearest store that stocks them? It’s called “Yumis Spicy Capsicum 200grm” on my Coles receipt - hope that helps.
Vegemite.
If you have a mortar and pestle or a food processor, you can create a paste out of chilli and other ingredients you enjoy. One of my favourites is Nam Prik Pao (Thai chilli paste) and you can find the recipe here
coles sells this Purely Nuts Chilli & Smokey Paprika Crunchy Peanut Butter for like $7

Ajvar. Layer with garlic sauce for an interesting blend.
Nandos. Either the perinaise or the medium to very hot sauce depending on the strength of your organs.
1) Sriracha. I use it in my ham-cheese or plain cheese toasties.
2) sweet chilli sauce
3) Nando perinaise, if you want it spicier make your own by mixing the nando hot sauce
4) Indian stores sell something called Bombay chutney (its a mix of mint, coriander, green chillis and lemon). It works great with chicken and ham. And its as spicy as Srirachado a potato curry using a curry powder mix for veg or chicekn or meat [flavours different]. put it on toast. or a sandwich maker yummmmmm
Whats wrong with the aussie classics - Vegemite or peanut butter. Still my favourites.
If not try the range of Pecks pastes: https://www.plateful.com.au/brands/pecks/spreadsTry out Ajvar. You might be able to get it from middle eastern groceries. It's a condiment made from red capsicum, but can also contain chilli.
I had a nice jalapeno relish that came in a squeezy bottle. That was great on a sandwich.
English Mustard. Great with ham or beef, can range from "Mmm.. tasty" to "I can see through time…"
And your sinuses could probably use a good scour through anyway.Make a chilli jam. Or buy it. Poached chicken or cold roast beef is awesome with it.
Hey so for Christmas my mum got me some "Spicy Peanut Butter". It contains peanuts, salt, cayenne pepper, chili and hot paprika. It was from a market in Scoresby, Victoria.

My wife is a big fan of Hellish Relish and another called (I think) Friggin' Hot Habenero Sauce. You won't get from a supermarket though
Also, she gets big 1L Costco containers of Peri Peri which goes in about 2 weeks haha
