The last one I ordered just shipped out two days ago, it will take another 2-3 weeks to get it. Gearbest normally ships out within a couple of days.

  • I cant find anywhere to put the coupon…

    • +1

Select "Proceed to checkout". Then the coupon field is at the bottom of the page. Make sure you uncheck insurance.

  • The coupon code "BRODENLT " is valid! Your discount is AUD $ 1.66
    expiration date: 12/24/2017)

I bought 5….this is the price. Really?
    Subtotal( 5 items ):AUD $ 9.70
    Grand Total:AUD $ 8.04

    • +2

Possibly the code is only valid for a quantity of 1.

      • YES… actually the code only gives you $1.66 off your order. Little tricky

        • Sorry, your coupon has exceeded the maximum limit for usage.
          Doesn't even work for one.

      • +2

pfft, what kind of broden code is that if you can't buy all 1000 in one go?
        :P

        • Isn't that what python is for?

  • +2

    Got $0.28 AUD at checkout.

    • +2

You know the drill… PAYPAL DISPUTE NOW!

      • Current exchange rate is not what you pay ! I ended up paying .28 AUD as well. Thanks for the bargain though.

    • +3

Remember, always pay in usd, ideally with a no fee credit card. If you use the retailer's aud exchange rate without checking, you're asking to be ripped off (except for 2c it might not be worth the hassle). Also, don't let PayPal do the conversion unless you're willing to pay a couple of percent extra in conversion fees.

Wouldn't count it as copying mate. I do it too, it's resourcing haha. Great deal :)

  • Ordered 1, thank op.
    Cheers

How do you get this mob to stop sending emails?, i have unsubscribed 3 times made no difference.

    • I'm not sure but in the future you could use a deposable email (10minutemail). Works well without the spam

    • They stop eventually.

    • Log into the site and unsubscribe from your account profile. There are three emails to unsubscribe from.

  • Got 54 cents at checkout. Still, I got it.

    • erk, i didn't remove insurance :(

What's the deal with JV and Savas not being allowed to comment or the price doubles?

And has anyone used one of these? Any good?

    • +2

I've been using this one from woolies which looks the same. It's well worth $0.26.

I usually use a sponge, and people online seem to think that microfibre is better because traps dirt that could potentially scratch your car within the fabric rather than on top of the sponge. But the few times I used a microfibre towel they got dirty and they don't get clean dipping them into the bucket, and even in the washing machine they come out with bits of dirt stuck in them. Are the fibres in this much different to a microfibre cleaning cloth?

      No idea lol

  • For those wondering about shipping times: ordered a phone from them on the 5th, they finally "shipped" it on the 9th, I got an email from a post office in Netherlands 2 days ago saying that the package was "pre-advised" (meaning they're expecting it to arrive at their depots or something to be shipped out but it isn't there yet). I'm probably waiting 2 months for this phone to get here, so use it as a guideline to when you'll get this ball of fabric with freeship no tracking

    Seems to have expired.

Anyone feel or thought any suspicious about this type of cheap products promotions, which the cost of sale not event able to cover their freight?

Not against cheap stuff, but feel this type of promotion is coming up again and again regularly, suspicious about they are actually collecting massive buyer data for some purposes. Especially after I have checked their company detail and who is behind of them.

Think before you give someone your identify, especially your address.

    • While you should be careful providing personal details most people are registered on the electoral role. Your address is more than likely already publicly accessible

I can't help but think that they misread your username as BrodenLt instead of Broden It, which is much more meaningful here on OzB.

Still waiting on 4 other items from these guys since start of December.
      Bought one anyway.

      • I'm still waiting on a powerpack from early November and some of these sponges from Early December. The tracking on the item states they have been dispatched weeks ago but it can't locate a item number as it has not yet been generated by the courier??????? I don't care about the sponges going missing too much as that's only a loss of about $1 but the powerpack was $38.

      • +1

Same here… outstanding orders from late November. I have cars to wash too.

    • Edit: Wasn't aware of this, The original deal is older than one month, and was expired or sold out between then and now.

Just a word of warning, Iast time I used Light in the Box using my credit card about a month ago ( a credit card that I barely use that had no other transactions for weeks) I suddenly had 2 fraudulent transactions for hotels in europe that followed on the same day which I found pretty odd. Had my card stopped and reissued and have since had chargebacks for the transactions but I would ensure you are using PayPal with these guys.

    Coupon expired 09/01/18 :(

    • Reported.

  • So did anyone end up getting this? I'm still waiting.
