just picked up a canon 800d, beginner photographer here and was wondering about memory cards best to use + if there are any bargains out there.
looking at kingston uhs-1 class 10 32gb at the moment. any suggestions for memory cards?? should I spend more for read and write speeds

Just get whatever is cheap and back up regularly. I've had the dodgiest brands and they work just the same and just as long as the sandisks.
What you want to look at is the class. The higher the class the quicker the read/write.
I prefer 4x8gb over one 32gb in case I lose the camera I won't lose all my photos, this is more important to me when travelling and not so much when around town here.
