Anyone Having Problems with Amaysim voicemail?

Anyone having problems with Amaysim voicemail? I'm trying out their Pay-As-You-Go service and the voicemail simply doesn't work for me.

When the phone is off, the caller just hears "We advise that the number you have dialed is currently switched off or unavailable, please try later" prompt, then the call ends. And when it's on, it just keeps ringing for ~60sec. No voicemail whatsoever. Call forwarding doesn't work either.

I went through all the troubleshooting steps with a chat rep, including trying a diffent handset, setting up diversion via online account, USSD codes and even a SIM replacement.

The case has been escalated, but their Tier 2 support has been even more useless so far. They are not willing to acknowledge that the voicemail should be available to a caller even if I had smashed my handset and destroyed the SIM card.

    Yes doesn't work for me either.

    • I posted this on their Facebook page and now it appears they've fixed it, at least for me.
