Warranty with GeekBuying

Hey guys

So pretty much been using this charger hub from this deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/305065)
And it's been working great, but it recently just died on me, and I was wondering would Geekbuying be honouring the warranty?

Just got sent this mail, seems like they are only offering me a partial refund, anyone had any luck getting full refund

just checked the charger has been used for about half a year.

how about we partially refund you 20AUD you can buy another one .

        i'm trying to work out if you received the item within the chinese's six months consumer rights timeframe.

        • cant remember exact date but around a week after shipped

          It's very close. A week or so either inside or outside of the warranty period.
