    This is a pretty enticing plan I must admit. Only drawbacks are the Optus bloatware and branding; one of the SIM slots is deactivated hence single SIM; only comes in midnight blue colour; and it's on a 24 month contract.

    You can buy it outright at Mobileciti but you'll be paying more in the long term compared with this Optus deal.

  Hi mate, I did the research recently and here's what I came up with.

  Mate 10:
  -higher res screen(1440p vs 1080p on Pro)
  - head phone jack
  -expandable memory

  Mate 10 pro
  - rear fingerprint reader( which I prefer)
  - lower res screen means better battery life
  - better form factor(subjective)
  - water resistant
  - more ram (6gb vs 4gb on mate 10)
  - Amoled screen (vs lcd on mate 10)

  Apart from that they are the same

  End up getting Huawei Mate 10 simply because Mate 10 pro wasn't available in black. It was through JB hifi solutions for 799$ + free 360 panoramic VR camera.
  Can recommend Mate 10 100% seems to be absolutely amazing
