the vast majority of houses in Australia that use globes have Bayonet fittings.
A reasonable number of lamps have screw fittings.

Opal white = cool white? Looks it. Too bad. Great price.
These bulbs are warm white (yellow/orange light)
It's normal price. I got it couple of months ago.

Also note that this bulb is rated for 15000 hours as opposed to 25000 hours.
