    In Sydney member pricing on these looks ok, considering that it now includes NSW container deposit surcharge of $3.60 ($2.40 refund) per slab. And I buy with Woolies egift vouchers bought at 7 - 7.5% off).
    Heineken Lager Bottles 330mL (case) $40.95 ~ $34.40 after cashrewards, egift voucher, and bottle return.
    Hollandia Beer 330mL (case) $32.99 ~ $27.20 after cashrewards, egift voucher, and bottle return.
    That's my Christmas covered.

      Are you able to use woolies egift vouchers online thou? Tried it recently and it wasn't accepted but I know you can use it instore. How do you use them online?

      Hey Peck, can you elaborate on this - specifically the extra $1.20 surcharge over the refund? Do you know where that amount ends up? Seems to me it's getting pocketed by suppliers or retail… unless shifty state gov't is making consumers pay for the very program itself, while pocketing money from TOMRA to facilitate the return program.

        @Peck: Thanks Peck, very interesting. Is the total amount of $3.60 designated as a container deposit surcharge anywhere by Dan Murphys, or is this more down to your detective work?

        I'm just intrigued because I've had surveys and focus groups trying to pin drink price rises over the 10c container deposit on either companies or government departments, each pointing the finger at each other…
