Hello.

Does anyone here on Aussie bargain know what the best option is to call mobiles in Afghanistan from Australia?

I want to get my parents a plan or a service where they can call Afghanistan to their heart's content.

  Lycamobile usually has good international calling rates, but I'm not aware of anyone that gives unlimited calls.

  If the internet or wifi signal was any good in Afghanistan then they could simply use free voice chat apps like messenger, facetime, skype, wechat or whatsapp for free without charge.

    Internet is not bad in the cities its just people are really stingy with their data they turn it off unless they need it..smh.
