Not all items on Amazon are sold by them directly. Some items are old by third parties, and each often have its own shipping policies.

From the link you provided, there's this message:

Ships from and sold by ShopCell.

Example of an item sold by Amazon:

Ships from and sold by Amazon.com.

  • most electronics wont deliver outside the US.

I dont even bother with amazon. :/

Pretty much the only things worth looking at on Amazon are DVD's, books and music CD's. I'm fairly sure they won't ship toys, electronics, homewares, computer games.

      • mmm thanks for that. Kinda annoying, really good prices for electronics. grrrr.

  • hmmmm… i see, ty for the tips

Cheapest one on eBay, probably might be cheaper than Amazon after delivery:

If the item is significantly cheaper on Amazon than anyone else willing to ship to Australia, you could try a mail forwarding service. However, for a $30 item, my guess is that by the time it reaches you, the handling and postage fees would make it an undesirable method.

Occasionally though, there are deals which, after postage are still much cheaper than if you were to buy it in Australia, such as the camera I have been looking at. Of course, in that case, there is warranty to consider as well.
