Here you go, all phones released since 2016 with these features. A 'good camera' is something you may have to do some further research on.

Got Motorola G5 Plus 32GB/4GB few months back.
Photos quiality is 90% at par with Galaxy S7.

Moto Z Play - the Australian version definitely supports simultaneous dual SIM and SD card. I think the Z2 Play does too, but I can't confirm that.

Similar to the Moto G5, but with an OLED display.

Camera is just OK by modern standards - similar to a 2014 flagship, perhaps.
