$12 from Big W or $43 from here, tough decision.

    • “40% off” - half that Sage :) Merry Christmas!

  • Purchased candles and diffusers from the previous deal

My wife was extremely happy with the products.

Communication from the rep was excellent (received emails after hours and on the weekend) and delivery time was prompt.

Based on this, would definitely make another purchase in the near future.

Not much detail on the candles compared to all the others I have seen. What's the burn time? What are they made from and where?

    • +1

Agreed. Would like to see more info on the candles.

      Expected Behaviour
It is recommended that reps respond to comments and reasonable enquiries about their deal, product or service. To assist with this, reps are automatically subscribed their deal posts.

    • Hi Shuffle,

I had updated the info in the post to include some info but in case you hadn’t seen it I’m happy to provide you some information regarding our candles.

Our candles are 200g and made from soy wax. As for the burn time it varies depending on the burn durations but as a general rule we suggest 30+ hours of burn time.

Thanks for the comment and Merry Christmas!

This is effectively a price increase. Two weeks ago the discount was 50%.

    • Hi PJC,

Firstly I would like to point out that our sale two weeks ago was a Black Friday deal - and thus not regular pricing offered to our customers. I wouldn’t consider any discounts less than the one offered to be a price increase!

It is however worth pointing out that the sale two weeks ago was 50% off full price. Currently our pricing is at 15% store wide and this 40% is in addition to that (a better deal for our customers coming up to Christmas)!

Thanks for commenting and I have noted your comment above regarding expected behaviour from reps. I am a new Oz Bargainer and had updated the post itself to contain some additional info but have noted your advice and appreciate it!

All the best and have a Merry Christmas!

… and had updated the post itself to contain some additional info …

Thank you but I doubt that answers Member shuffle1's question from 11 hours ago …

        What's the burn time?

        • I have since replied to the original posters question. Once again - thank you for the assistance.

          All the best!
