Does anyone know if its two Amex lounge entries per account (including supplementary cards) or per card each calendar year?

  Do you know if you have to prebook or can you just rock up. We are going to be passing through Sydney on the way back from Hawaii and I was thinking of dropping by the lounge on the layover.
