Feedback on 1 Day Sale

I purchased a heart rate monitor from 1 day sale and when I received it i thought the transmitter (the part that gets sweaty) looked used, so I contacted them and they told me to send then photos, which I did. About 2 hrs later I received an email saying that they have contacted their supplier and the supplier are going to send me a new transmitter.

I thought it was pretty well resolved. Now I just gotta wait to receive my new transmitter.

Update: They just handballed it to the supplier who said that what the wear marks on the transmitter is normal. They would replace it for me if I sent it back to them…at my cost

    I am not confident that the product I have is new. However to pursue this could cost some more $ and time I am not willing to spend.

    I guess I shouldnt buy from them anymore

    • I bought some Oakley sunnies a while back for my wife and one pair had a slight chip in the frame, they offered me a refund or store credit to keep them.

      You have a right to refund if the goods you received are damaged, or not as advertised.

      They may be willing to give you a store credit to keep it.

        • Sure was, I then used that credit to discount the heart rate monitor.
