Keep in mind that these gimbals (no matter the brand) do not play nicely with modern smartphones with built-in optical image stabilisation (which can not be turned off in iPhones). You will get microjitters :(

you're right there. I have an iPhone SE and ran towards a Xmas tree the other night, and the footage is choppy because when i am running towards the tree, the phone's Electronic image stabilisation fights back against it so it just pulses in and out like a stuttering maniac. happens on OIS and EIS iPhones
this happens on apparently all iPhone 6/7 generation phones, which is just ridiculous. spoils my shots and cos i'm doing slow motion now with rack focus, how the hell do i run very fast without using a gimbal

Just a note to those using the "Plus" phablets (if people still term it that these days). Yeah, the iPhone X/Pluses, S8+/Note 8, V30s etc. Get the Smooth 3 (higher end one). It handles the weight better. I still havent fixed my issue of the Smooth Q going limp after about 5 minutes on my Note 8. Works ok on my Sony Z5C and Mi6 though.
