I thought I might check in with the OzBargain community regarding a recommendation for a mortgage broker. I'm in the middle of planning a house to build next year and am getting to the point where I need to start sorting the finance side of things. I still don't know if I'll try and go owner-builder or go with a registered builder. Any advice, questions or thoughts welcome.

Owner builders much more difficult to get finance for and generally only able to get a 60% lend. Generally registered up to 80% or even higher if willing to pay LMI.
