I am a stomach sleeper, from what I understand I need a low profile pillow. At the moment I am using a medium profile and I now have some back pain. What latex pillow you recommend? Thank you, Btw I should have bought when you had them for $60 on previous deal lol

  • Hi Urbion PT - for a stomach sleeper the recommendation is a low, soft pillow. Or even no pillow at all. Our 'The Soft' is the one for you - it is perfect for the stomach sleeper in that it is soft and compresses low, but still provides neck/spinal support the body needs during sleep. Its a beautiful pillow.

And yes the 'The Classic' for $60 was a ripper sale. This one isnt bad either.

    • Great job you have, you're so lucky.

When I was growing up I always wanted to work in latex.

    • Thank you for your help, never thought I would be spending more than $20 on a pillow to be honest, bought "the soft" as per your recommendation =)

      • It is a beautiful pillow - well worth the investment. You are going to love it.

It wouldn't be a day on Ozbargains without an innuendo from you Scab. Seasons Greetings to you!

Thank you, and seasons greetings to you also.

You should change the title to say "additional 20% off". Good prices.

What is your returns policy? Looking at the classic but not sure if I'd like it.

  • Hi b2dz - great advice. Have done - thanks!

We want you to love our pillows as much as we do, so we have a good returns policy. If you get the pillow and you do not like it you have 7 days to return it. We will either refund you in full or you can swap for an alternative pillow. We do not re-sell our returned pillows, and actually have very few returns.

Just double checking that returns policy. Are you saying I can sleep on the pillow, and as long as it's returned in 7 days I can get a refund if it isn't suitable? I only ask as on your website it says it must be unused.

I want to buy 'The Soft' as you recommended above but can't justify taking a gamble.

Hi brok9n - that's right. You can unwrap the pillow, sleep on it for a couple of nights and if it isn't right you can email us (within 7 days of receiving the pillow) and return it for a refund or a swap. We do not re-sell returned pillow (as people may have slept on them) - we write them off or use them as samples. We are a small, family run business and we genuinely want people to love their TLC Latex Pillow. If you don't, send it back.

Thanks, ordered! Looking forward to receiving it.

Also it came up as $64, not $65, may want to update title.

OP/rep, I've used Dunlopillo latex for a long time. How do your Classics compare?

Also, I've noticed conventional filled pillows now often have a 'best before' date for suggested replacement. Is there a recommended lifetime for latex pillows?

Hi norkle - prior to starting our business we were with Pacific Dunlop and involved with Dunlopillo. The Talalay latex pillow experts out there know that the original Dunlopillo was an outstanding pillow - it kind of changed the pillow market. Then about 8 years ago they changed the factory that they use to manufacture and - to many people -the current Dunlopillo isnt as good as it used to be. Our pillows are made in the original factory, and our 'The Classic' is almost indistinguishable from the original Dunlopillo - except of course in price.

Our Talalay latex pillows are guaranteed for 5 years - but with good care (keep out of direct sunlight & use a pillow protector) they should last 10-15 years. As they are all natural latex the do not collect dust & dust mites - so do not need to be replaced frequently like a filled pillow.

      Hope all this helps!

Thanks, very helpful, and a good deal.

Bought a Classic and a Soft.

        • Fabulous - thanks for the order. You are a star!

  • I bought a classic last time for $75.

Had an issue with the first pillow where there was a small chunk missing. TLC Pillow replaced it at no cost.

It's pretty comfy, better than my previous pillow from OzMattress. It is slightly more breathable as well.

Note the pin holes doesn't go all the way through the pillow as it appears to be 2 parts fused together and there is a small film of latex in the middle where the pin holes align.

My regret is not buying the larger sized one.

The Memory Foam Latex or the Classic' Latex Pillow? Can you do a deal on Memory Foam Latex similar to the past post?

    • Hi suudo - the deal is 20% off storewide, so this includes both 'The Classic' and 'The Memory Foam' latex pillows. The 'Memory Foam' latex pillow will go from a recommended retail price of $149.00 down to $72.00 inclusive of shipping.

Can this pillow fit ok in a standard pillow case?

Hi MJ1 - yes our 'The Bigger' Talalay latex pillow does fit into a standard pillow case. All our pillows fit into a standard pillow case (except the Travel pillow of course) - with 'The Low Therapeutic leaving a lot of room within the case and 'The Bigger' and 'The Biggest' being quite a tight squeeze.

I use 'The Bigger' and it fills the pillow case beautifully.

  • Bought three. Currently using memory foam which are due for retirement. Fingers crossed we take to the change (they certainly sound good)

    • Hi Hen - these are beautiful pillows. I know I am biased, but they really are. New pillows often do take a little getting used to, but the benefits and the luxuriousness of these pillows is second to none.

  • Bought one, btw your website needs more work.
