  Great product!

  At my parents' place the distance from the router to their main area is about 20m around a corner and down a corridor (concrete walls). This boosted their speed from ~1mbps to 7-8mbps. I set up the xiaomi thing about 2/3 the way down the hall. In terms of latency I can't comment on but for youtube and whatever they can now watch without constant buffering so well worth the money. Super quick and easy to set up and only took like 2 seconds.

  The only issue is your phone/tablet/whatever will stay connected to the xiaomi so if you're wandering around the house you might need to reconnect your device to the main router.

    Which app did you use to configure them? I cannot find an english worded app to be able to configure for use, they are not plug-and-play.
