Considering buying the Zhiyun Smooth Q Handheld Stabilized Gimbal.

LITB has it listed for $138.28.
Can the store rep work out a better deal? Wanna try asking.

And also for the other Chinese webstores, how do one make a request to the rep.
I see many OzBargainers have been routinely doing this.

Please enlighten.
