In a word. Yes.
I lived in Brisbane @ New Farm near their Newstead store for 10 years. Their VIP events were always genuine and a good way for them to treat their regular customers. I now live in regional NSW so I can only buy from them online. I have bought Bose gear from them over the years as Bose until recently rarely discounted.
Purchasing online or over the phone has never been a problem for me and their shipping costs are usually free over a certain value. Might go and check out their TVs :)

Videopro are the guys who often have the cheapest prices on QC35s, so I tend to trust their prices are genuinely fairly low and their sales are genuine sales. Will have to obviously look at the actual prices though.
