Lounge Options at Hong Kong Terminal 1

Hi Team,

My partner is transiting through Honkers in a couple of days on Cathay. She is a silver QFF so unfortunately no complimentary lounge access. I'm platinum QFF however I'm not travelling with her this time (I might ask for her at the check in desk).

Does anyone have any suggestions on the best value lounge option? Mostly for a shower, non-airplane food and somewhere quiet to sit.

There are lots of non-airline food options in the retail area. Whether quiet depends on time of day. It's great getting there early in morning and getting some jook.

Plenty of restaurants in the airport with (in my opinion) better food than lounges. If you want to have somewhere quiet to sit, find a quiet corner and get a pair of Bose QC35's.

    There are free shower facilities in the airport arrivals side.
