By blocking illegal RFID?
Perhaps you've missed recent news:
https://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2017/11/austr…Colella is now apparently living the flexible work schedule life in full—NPR reports he is now working as an Uber driver.
lol
A+ for creativity.
D for research quality:
"Aluminum is not a great conductor—it heats up when a lot of power is pushed through it—so a snack bag would potentially melt if it was used to try to block a strong radio signal from inside. But the signals from GPS satellites are weak and can easily be interfered with, intentionally or not, in many ways."
RFID blockers $1, delivery from $2.95, no click-and-collect. Or simply wrap your passport in a piece of aluminium foil.
I just recycle my old tin foil hats.
or a used Twisties packet ;-)
alfoil is only ok for maybe singular use… a tear in it can impact its effectiveness!
Correct even a small tear can allow the RFIDs to escape (they are colourless and have no weight)
Has there been even one crime base on illegally reading the RFID data?
Just went into my local JB and they had stock at $1 so even if you cannot do Click and Collect, you might still find stock.
How does it allow legal RFID scanning ?
