I'm looking to switch energy providers and I'm considering the following companies, does anyone have experience with them and can provide recommendations:

    I just joined up with Red Energy. I liked that their call centre is in Australia and 100% Australian owned (owned by Snowy Hydro). They were offering discount in our area (about $40 off per bill). My mum gave me a referral card when I signed up so we both get a $50 Myer Gift Card (details of referral scheme are on their website).

    I haven't got my first bill yet but my mum received hers and it was $40 cheaper as predicted.
