    Hi JV,
    The price of this wine has been going up and down. It has been sold at $25 as well as $18, $12.50 etc.
    Now is $90 a dozen.
    I don't see the why is it deceptive.

      You are making it appear as if you just dropped the price from $300 to $150, that is misleading.

      Read the ACCC website. They have an example of how this activity is misleading and illegal.

      Comparing your price to the RRP, when you do not normally sell at RRP is against the law according to the ACCC.
