WARNING. Not an easy competition to enter, but it appears international (although not confirmed) and it has a handle of good prizes, and hundreds of very minor prizes.
It requires you to have Telegram installed on your phone and to Follow at least the CDC there. Once in and followed it looks you like need to talk to the "bot" and do the actions it recommends. (All in Spanish).
I had to manually type the link into my phone's browser to launch it into Telegram.
You may want to condider only doing the compulsory top entry and the other easy ones for example.
