I've purchased these when they were under a dollar from Harvey Norman. They are ok however I would not buy them at this price nor the BCF $15.99 Good for presents, keeping around the house for emergencies and giving to kids to use when camping so if they lose or break them then not much money lost.
However if your looking for a decent torch then this is not it.
It is very hard to know if this is a bargain without some specifications regarding the lumens rating on each light. I did find this on the au website

Probably a very casual usage item but handy for extreme emergency.
Yeah it has now disappeared from the Harvey Norman website.
They are now $4 each on their eBay store with a $10 per item postage and 4 purchase maximum. LOL!
