Missed the Black Friday Ipad deals, anyone know any retailer selling "New" Ipad 2017 32gb cheap?

So my niece just emailed me that says she needs a new Ipad next school year right after all the sales have ended.

I need to buy it and have it delivered before Friday 8 Dec next week so I can get it on my flight and give it to her.

32gb is just under $400 at Harvey Norman and I think big w? If you have the HN Amex deal and buy some counter junk, you get $100 statement credit, therefore costing only $300
