“Fitbit Charge 2” for $135 (earlier $144) at JB Hi-Fi

91

JB HI-FI have dropped the price of Fitbit Charge 2 to $135 (earlier $144, thanks f1gambit) from today. I know it’s been cheaper before, and Myer eBay has it for a few cents cheaper (with code), but may help anyone who wanted to use JB gift cards, buy directly from a store etc.

I’m sure OW price match could be applied too. Not sure if cashrewards applies though.

  • Price on this has been up and down more times than a yoyo.
    Normal price $248
The other week it was $189
    Then back up to $248
Then back down to $189 last week
    Now $144

For some insane reason, thought op had posted up 2 fitbits for $144

Think i might head back to bed lol

    • I was going to ask if anyone wanted to split the cost and get one each. I agree, it's too early.

  • The "for" in the title needs to be changed to a hyphen to avoid confusion :)

    • Added quotes around Fitbit Charge 2 - hope that’s less confusing. :)

      • Could just delete the word for ;)

  • Anyone have one that can share their thoughts? Are these any good?

Can be had $139 at big w.
I never wanted one and started looking as a gift after seeing the other post for the blaze at half price. Link below

    • Interesting…as per the catalog for this week, it was supposed to be $149 at Big W - they obviously reduced the price further to beat JB. Maybe price match at JB and get it down to $139. :)

As Sierra22 states it's cheaper elsewhere hence the neg? This is OZB where every dollar counts.

I think your neg is unnecessary, ultimately this is still a good price and there are varying reasons posters may prefer JB, e.g; in my case it is closer and a stand alone store so I don't have to find a park and enter a massive shopping centre like I would if I were to go to Big W. $5 to avoid that at this time of year is fine and I suspect many would do the same.

Neg is to highlight the fact that this price can be beaten. $5 on OZB is significant?

Simple go into JB show the salesman the website link for big W price match or ask them nicely to beat it by $5 bucks. Profit ??

Don't forget the $10 voucher for $100 gift card purchase.

    Looks like it's now $135.

    • Thank you. Updated the post with revised pricing. At this rate of price cutting, I won’t be surprised if we start getting paid some money along with a Fitbit Charge 2! I bought one for $144 yesterday - already feeling I lost out on a bargain! :)

      • Feel your pain. Bought one through ebay binglee 20% off for $143.20. Cpuld have waited a week to buy at OW at $137 then claim price beat guarantee or the price difference scheme at the good guys. Feel ripped off now.

  • I had actually done the same and was paying an additional $9 for shipping. Thankfully the order hadn’t shipped so I cancelled and picked up at JB. Thought I’d struck a bargain! ;)

Well, that’s the thing with gadgets - there’s never a thing called “best price”. I guess if you think you got it at a point where you felt it was a good bargain and value for money, that’s it. Just my opinion. :)

Edit: was meant to be in response to hotrod1’s comment. Is it possible to move it in the right place?
