Smartwatch/Fitness Tracker - under $50

I am trying to find a smartwatch/fitness tracker under $50 that is secure (Wont fall off your wrist), available in a petite female wrist size & has to display time. Other desirable features would be a fitness/sleep tracker?
Can anyone provide some suggestions?
This is a Secret Santa gift which is why the price limit is $50.

    Is the Xiaomi Mi Band 2 still the best budget tracker or are there others that are worth looking at now? Has anyone tried Kogan's Fortis HR tracker?
