I'm not sure where you can get a hard copy of the magazine, and whether a physical copy is required as the 'requested documentation' (see below), but to get an idea of the magazine content there's a website and free app.

I also had trouble…using Chrome..selected 2 options without success….then selected 3 options….then the button for the accepting the terms and conditions appeared….deselected my 3rd option, accepted terms and conditions and success.

yeah i eventually got it through, did nothing different, it just eventually worked whilst simultaneously erroring in a rather bizarre way, lol
$1000 voucher should get you a new genuine Toyota radiator cap and maybe some hoses , maybe.

Is the form broken? Can't get it to work on Firefox. IT says please select only 2 options for one of the Qs, even tho i only have 1 selected. Tried with 2, still didnt work.
