I signed up for HelloFresh as part of the Qantas promotion bonus points. However, when I contacted Qantas, they said they did not have the record and asked me to provide screenshot when I registered for this promotion. Who the hell on earth would screenshot that given that the terms and conditions did not mention that we need to take the screenshot? Does anyone else have the same or similar problem?
I suppose you should have received an email confirming your registration. If not, you probably did not finish the transaction, were interrupted and closed all the tabs.
