TRS Refund E-Invoice

I recently bought a DELL laptop from DELL official online store. I am going overseas in 2 weeks and I only have the e-inovice.
I wonder if I can print out the e-invoice for tax refund since "Original tax invoices are required to process your claim".

    If the shop has issued you with an electronic tax invoice you will need to provide this on your device when making a claim.

    Queues are getting ridiculous and long. Be early and use the TRS app.

      Last time I claimed a month ago, even though I had the app ready to go that line was also an hour long per their estimate so they were encouraging people to fill in form then and there and itll be processed manually. Not everyone was able to do this but I can't remember the criteria.

    They generally have two lines, one for the app and one for manual claim. I found the manual line was shorter last visit.

    Can we fill the form online and show the receipt at the counter ( to save the time as the queue is always long) - Melbourne airport ?
