Harvey Norman live chat help?

Does anyone have a direct link to Harvey Norman live chat? I found this page: https://www.harveynorman.com.au/customer-service/live-chat but nothing happens when I tap "Start Now!" and the Live Chat image further down is just an image, not a button. Thanks if anyone can help!
