1. Go to the link: https://pixltoys.com/products/pixlplaycamera
2. Click Add to Cart
3. You'll be directed to your cart, and it will ask if you want to receive a Buy 1 Free 1. Select the colour that you want, that click Add to Cart
4. You'll now have two on your cart. Remove the one that is USD29.95
5. Click Checkout, then fill in your details, and pay USD12.00 for international shipping

I did the above, and got an order confirmation email. Don't know if they would honour it or not, but try!

Edit: Looks like he’s not honouring. How “fun” is that… Anyone know if there’s a similar product?
