I've called it back. Disconnected.
There is no + in front of it so I am not sure if it's international.
Any ideas?

Incidentally, they have no record for the number you mentioned.
There is a 50% chance this call comes from france, and 98% chance it is spam/scam or similar "leader" call to see if a human answers or responds.

I have a background in communication systems and the detection of scam/spam etc.
The number probably start with +33 06 which is from france. [06 is a good clue]
Seen this type of thing in the past and the number 0 at the front is likely a silent number and if used outside of the source country the call will not get through.
Best to not respond to these types of calls if possible.
The silent 0 is a bit like an aussie mobile number with 0 in front [0414 etc]
the 0 is only used inside Australia.
There is apparently a good scam going around, where someone calls you for a second, then hangs up. You call back to see who it is, and its only later you find the number was a premium pay-per-minute number, and you were scammed out of 10,20,30 dollars.
Yeah heard that too, plus why would you call back a number that you don't even recognise as being within Australia? If it was an important call they'd call you again.
