Yeah i took i tfrom the share on twitter, that's why i posted "hope it works" cos i really was unsure how to share with this one, really sorry if i led us all astray like a bunch of lemmings jumping over a cliff, lol.. i couldn't see how to get the ref in a postable way tho, which maybe explains why OP didnt have one too, ah well, we tried !
I don't enter most competitions Iggemo, that's why there wasn't one :) Not sure about the ref really..comp's been active now for a good 3 weeks so any issues should have been ironed out, one would think.

I think the generic link may need to be clicked from the account/platform it's posted on.
Possible that the URL redirector has a script that takes the source twitter/fb account name for data capture, so the link can only work from twitter or FB account.

Does anyone agree with me that instead of increasing your chance of winning, this method of referrals to get more entries in a competition like this only encourages cheating and reduces your chance of winning by 100 to 1. in other words, there may be a million entries in this comp but without this referral business there would have been about 10,000 and some people with multiple accounts will have perhaps a thousand or so bonus entries. People cheat for a lot less than a $48,000 car.
