Telstra thanks Movie Tickets not working for me

I'm getting this error message - Not eligible
Sorry, we couldn’t identify you as an eligible Telstra Customer. You must have an active Telstra service to access offers in the Telstra Thanks® program. If you have an active service please check that it is linked to your Telstra My Account log-in.

I activated a SIM card 6 months back, but haven't used it or added money to it. Could that be the reason? Should I add some credits to my number (don't even know where the SIM card is)

  • Check the 24x7 app to see if the Sim is still active. Generally Sims without any activity are automatically deactivated after the 6months of no use
