Don't forget to bundle this with the Amex deal - $10 off.

    • Which Amex deal are you referencing?

        • It appears that it's 'Max redemptions reached" already for Catch

        • Max redemptions reached
          nooo

        • @taylorn8r:
I thought the Ozb way was to save them the moment they come live.

        • @huey:
Usually dont bother with Catch, this is the first decent deal i've seen in a very long time. I have no one to blame but myself

Now let see what Amazon has to offer. I heard it is opening today?

    • I don't think they are live yet

    Postage?

    • Showing $26.95 for me

      • And $10.95 for me. However the poster has not left any description of posting charges.

        • It will depend on region, I don't have full postage details.
Looks like it's around the $10 mark for metro areas

        • +1

@aren: Fair enough, just include "+ postage" in title

  • This would have been an even more amazing deal if GT Sports was replaced with Skyrim VR!!!!!!

    • The JB deal has Skyrim included instead, but it's $349

  • Is VR worth getting? I just have a feeling in a year or two they will bring out a new one?

You won't have to wait that long for the new update https://www.kotaku.com.au/2017/10/sony-announces-an-updated-…

      • Thats not a next gen update. Its the same thing.

        • I did say update, not next gen.
"The new version, model number CUH-ZVR2, features an updated design that enables the stereo headphone cables to be integrated with the VR headset and a slimmer, streamlined connection cable. There's also an updated Processor Unit that supports HDR pass through"

I think i get what your saying, it is essentially the same thing

    • I thought the same thing when I bought mine from Amazon about 4 months ago. I have to say that yes it is worth getting, a lot of fun. Been playing the VR mode in Track Mania at the moment and it feels so immersive. VR World actually has some fun games in there and Rush of Blood was good for a carnival game. The VR demos available are hit and miss but good overall

Please don't be tempted please don't be tempted.
    I know I 100% won't use it please don't be tempted

    • I just bought GT Sport from JB Hifi :( I can't have two copies, but tempting as well.

      • I also already have GT+camera too, remember getting it for like $20 or something on Amazon ages ago.

Could resell on ebay or something and ends up being like $250 hence the temptation…
Just spewing cause I know it'll be a pain to set up to use often and no longevity games etc

Technically you could sign up for club catch for 1 month for $6.50 to get "free postage"?

Waiting for a bundle with move controllers, then I'll probably bite.

    • +1,those move r too expensive

  • Are they releasing a new VR soon with better Reso?

    • +2

I only watched a couple of Youtube vids on it last night, to see if it made sense to buy one (and I have decided not to). I don't think the specs have changed, just the physical layout. I could be wrong and am happy for someone to correct me.

New model with HDR pass through and a thinner cable.

      It is a minor revision

  • Can you view porn on this? Or only PS4 games?

    • Yes, you can.

  • Sold out, can't report twice.

  • Are the old ps3 move controllers compatible with the ps4?

    • +1

Yes the move controllers are compatible with ps vr.
