Win a Trip for 2 to Tanzania to Climb Mount Kilimanjaro from Kathmandu

In 50 words or less, make a statement about how you will use your participation in the 25zero project to help combat climate change.

Please note that the prize is a trip to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania which will require a good level of fitness. The winner will be hiking 6-8 hours uphill per day. Parts of the trip go above 2800 metres where it is common to experience adverse health effects due to the altitude.

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining shortlisted Entrants or the winner. Each entry and Entrant will be individually judged on, amongst other things, creative merit, physical fitness and brand suitability.

Judging:
Judging will take place in two stages:
a) Stage one. A judging panel appointed by the Promoter will review each valid entry and will judge the entries to determine shortlisted Entrants. Stage one judging will take place at the Promoter's office, 249 Park Street, South Melbourne, VIC Australia, by no later than 12.00pm AEDT on December 1st, 2017. Shortlisted Entrants will be notified via a direct/private message or email from Kathmandu.

b) Stage two. Shortlisted Entrants will be asked to provide further information about their entry and themselves and will be given further information about the physical requirements of the prize. The Promoter may require shortlisted Entrants (and their nominated prize companion, in the Promoter's discretion) to participate in a video or phone interview with the Promoter, physical self-evaluation, medical and fitness clearance and criminal records check and provide any other documentation or details which the Promoter specifies in its absolute discretion. The winner will be selected by the Promoter from amongst valid shortlisted Entrants no later than 22 December 2017 and will be notified via a direct/private message or email from Kathmandu.

Prize:
There is 1 prize available. The prize is a trip for 2x travellers (the winner and an adult companion; each traveller a Winning Participant), valued at up to $16,200 AUD. The total prize pool is valued at up to $16,200 AUD. The Prize must be taken on dates specified by the Promoter in 2018 (likely to be mid-June) and includes the following for each Winning Participant:
a) Return economy flights to Tanzania from the winner's nearest major airport;
b) Mount Kilimanjaro trek with Kathmandu Brand Ambassador Tim Jarvis;
c) Kathmandu trekking gear; and
d) Incidental costs allowance of $500 AUD per person.
