I think you were trippin on acid.
now
Was?
grabbed for andriod
Will it always be free or is it a limited time? There are a number of other sonic games that are free too.
It's free forever. The ads happen after the end of every single level. It's incredibly annoying. It's not just 30 second video ads either.
It lags a lot because you have to download the ads as well. Not worth it at all, it plays like ass and the ads are longer than the levels.
Get adguard
Can’t get it in oz?
I updated the iOS link, try now.
Sonic 1 and Sonic CD are also free and worth the download.
Yay free adds.
Yeah these are some next-level ads.
They are fully interactive — 99% of the screen is a giant hyperlink to download the advertiser's android game. After three seconds a tiny little 'X' appears in the top corner to allow you to bypass the ad.I went the ad version and got my hit of nostalgia; now to uninstall it.
Wish you could get rid of the ads
Freeware belongs in the forums..

What about those of us who paid for all the Sonic games on Android in previous years? Do we get stuck with Ads too?
These are new apps. They may have taken the full version down though, but it'll be in your download list still.
I'm in an odd spot with Crazy Taxi. I bought it for my Xperia Play back on Android 2.1 way back when, and love the thing, but it doesn't work on Android 5 and beyond. The free version works fine, but has ads, and I don't majorly want to buy Crazy Taxi for the millionth time so it's like sheeet.
Thank you MR POSTER!!!!!
Unable to play offline, constant ads, uninstalled.
I wonder how much data it uses…
the ads alone dont make it worth it.
they are annoying as hell..
other apps ads are fine but sonics add are unbearable
Anything Sonic 2 related gets a thumbs up from me.
Whether it’s hefty microtransactions (Star Wars Battlefront II) or lengthy ads (Sonic) publishers really know how to ruin a good game.
Gotta go fast.
Thanks
25 years. I'm old.
What an amazing game on its release, I can still feel the colours and sound now…
