Just letting people using ovo know that I've just been charged even though I have auto recharge turned off. Anyone else getting this? I got alerted via the email I used to register with them.

Same issue- with the promotion a couple of months back. Contacted them, they didn't believe me (said that I'd never disabled it until after I was charged). Luckily, I'd taken a screenshot before the renewal date (on mobile, the wording when I turned it off at the time was unusual) and they refunded. Auto-recharge was enabled on the account at the time of recharge.
Money has been refunded.
