How to check balance of Prepaid Visa card?

I have a visa prepaid gift card that i got from Harvey norman ( before they stopped selling them) . I am having trouble checking the card balance.

It says i need card no , expiry data and 3 digit CVC. I have all of this.
When i actually click the link it asks for either a username and password OR Card no and 4 digit passcode.

I tried calling the customer help no and they could tell me balance over the phone after 13min on hold . I just want to check it easily.
Anyone else got this problem or have a workaround??

    4 digit passcode locate at the back of the card

    You might be able to check with an ATM (big 4 don't charge fees anymore).

    I have tried every number on the card . Nothing works . Just called customer service no and they said they have problem with website and to call everytime to get a balance . They don’t know when website will be fixed and can’t give me a no to call to ask about it . The vibe was “Just deal with it” and they said “ at the end of the day it’s just a prepaid Visa card and just call up every time “ . I guess I will just make an effort to record the transactions I do so I know the current balance . Has anyone else had this problem ??

      Me too. I can't check my balance online as there is no 4 digit passcode existed.
