  • Bugger! My order was dispatched last night. :-( Retrospective?????

Looks like you can also stack with free shipping from Shipster with $25 min spend, can still get a free membership here. It can’t stack with free booko shipping though.

  • +3

Also stack with the Amex Online Shopping offer

  • Most books are still more expensive than original price on bookdepository anyway. And bookdepository always provide free shipping.

PS: Don't forget 5.25% cashback on Booktopia if you're still buying from them.

For what it's worth, we (CR) have just been informed that Booktopia won't pay commission with the use of this code as it was assigned exclusively to another partner. So even though you may receive a CR tracking email, cashback will unfortunately be declined down the track, as per the terms on site. The code is not advertised on CR.

Search for your book on booko.com.au and click on the Booktopia link through there for free shipping. No minimum spend or need for Shipster.

    • +6

It doesn’t stack as the booko link creates a coupon at checkout whereas Shipster doesn’t.

      • you're right, my bad.

Thanks!! Perfect….just hoping it works for the textbooks I am about to order.

    • I had just purchased a e-book text and it worked.

    • yeah always works for school text books - held off ordering waiting for this annual event.

  • Thanks

  • Thank you! Got myself my accounting textbook for next year early with a great deal!

    • There is also a library containing the Book of Genesis.

Question: why is this deal highly upvoted when Bookdepository do free shipping to Australia with a lot of books that're cheaper even after Booktopia's 10% off?

    • +1

if you have an Amex and enrolled in the relevant offer, spend $75 get $25 back

  • I tried to purchase 2 books, went through the whole process and didn't see anywhere to enter code. Not paying unless I can use the code. I prefer aust business but I've had issues with these guys before

    • +1

Its right at the end when you are in "payment and review". It is right inside the order summary above the subtotal. You need to click on the + to expand the box to enter the code.

  • Noob question but is this the best online site to buy books? Not really a fan of reading through eBooks and a fan of classic paper.

    • +1

Nope! Unless you're eligible for that 'spend $75 get $25 back' Amex offer mentioned above, then Book depository and Wordery (both in the UK) are a lot cheaper 99.99 % of the time, and they both have free delivery as well.

      • +1

But booktopia is Australian isn't it? I'm happy to pay a couple of bucks extra to support local (so long as the price is pretty close to book depository).

    • Booko.com.au
      Then compare prices
If Booktopia is good, free shipping if clicked through Booko

  • The code still works :-)
