Hey guys
I've never used an Amex offer before.
Back when the deal for Harvey Norman was out I signed up in the form with my details and got the email back, however it's not in the 'offers' part of my Amex app.
When I go to the email again and click the redeem button it does nothing.
Any ideas or advice?

As far I know it doesn’t show up in your account. As long as you entered your card number right and got the email you’ll be fine.
You should get an email instantally once you make a purchase of $400 or more confirming you’ve used your offer.
Amex support is super helpful if anything goes wrong, just a pain to email through their secure messaging.

You've got the email that you saved the offer to your card, go meet the spend criteria now and you should get an email instantly confirming you'll receive the cashback.
That is strange
I had the small shop offer disappear from my saved offers tab but keep getting the credits. The best and less offer disappeared after I used it but the next day I got the credit. Must be a bug with the new system.
I think the shop small goes to redeemed once you get the first cashback
The new system had me fooled the other day, at the bottom of the offers there is a see more button. Did yours have that and did you click it to check ? I had a few not show up until I clicked see more. Their chat is pretty helpful although they can see the targeted offers on each card so if you did a manual enrolment they may say you don't qualify?
I have a saved HN offer but disappeared before I had a chance to use it. I have checked not on the clicked see more at the bottom of the page, not there.
Harvey Norman offer limit has been reached so unfortunately you can not enrol in it anymore.
