Gday fellas
I'm somewhat befuddled when it comes to finding full bulk billing doctors these days. I cannot get a health care card despite being entitled (wife is an immigrant, complicated, won't go into here) so I'm having to pay the $37 or so every time I go to the GP.
This is unless I use one of those home-call service things, where it is $200 but as long as you have a medicare card it is fully bulk billed.
Anywho, my question is, is there anyway to know - like a list, or search engine, or something - if there are any clinics that fully bulk bill without a HCC? It used to be the norm a long time ago but it seems like it's never the case anymore?
It seems odd that if I physically go to a clinic I have to pay, but if I have a doctor come to my home it's free.
Anyone else think this is odd?
Cheers!
Plenty around, you'll have to give a location before people can help you though.
E.g. for NSW:

That's just from a quick google for "NSW bulk billing doctors list". Call up to check beforehand, obviously.
