    I've always been interested in knowing where websites like LightintheBox/Gearbest etc obtain their stock from? Like an Android tablet from Lenovo, do you guys buy directly from the company and are a licensed seller or do you buy from a licensed seller and sell under your name.

    The reason I ask is because I wish to know how warranty claims and such are made, say someone buys a Lenovo tablet from you, and runs into problems, they contact you and what happens after that?

      do you guys buy directly from the company and are a licensed seller or do you buy from a licensed seller and sell under your name.

      we are both actually,we can get some stock from the company, but they only offer limited stocks to us, like xiaomi. so we need get more stock from other place when we have more order. most time is buy from a licensed seller and sell on our site. we called these seller is our supplier. so when there have any order problem, we will contact supplier to offer exchange unit or others.

  • Why does Lightinthebox feel the need to send 20 emails to me in less than 7 days?

    I signed up and made a purchase Monday of a Raspberry Pi, Payment Confirmed e-mail, then on Wednesday a Order Shipped e-mail. Two useful emails, however there has been 18 other e-mails that are just trying to get me to purchase other items from your company.

    Why would I want to reward or recommend a company with further purchases when they harass me with e-mails?

    Hi,

    For my order 1711260026386878, paid on 26th Nov 2017, it has not been delivered even though they said it will be shipped by 4th December.
    Website said the Order is shipped on 12th Dec and i can not track my Order.
    It is a shame i can not track through neither the courier company website nor using LightIntheBox website.

    how do i know where has my order reached?

        2. 4px handle to DHL? is this part of Shipping? Where is my order now?
        3. I have paid for expedited shipping and have paid for this already.
        4. It took 16 days for the order to move from Paid to Shipping and now you are telling it will be delayed further? This means, i may not receive order this year at all? Such a joke, isnt it?

          due to black friday get too many order, so all stock run out of,need wait supplier restock. items stock supposed to arrive on 12/2 and send out. but warehouse and supplier very busy so put off to 12/8.

          2.4px handle to DHL is part of shipping, your order is hold on by 4px for now.

          3.i will try to apply some compensation for this delayed.

          4.i suggest you pm me next time when the order not send out in 3 business day, so i can check order status for you. the order actually leave our house on 12/12. but shipping company recently take few longer than usual to process package. so shipping time might also few longer than usual. anyway, very apologize for this delayed.

  • Hi rep my order 1711270526429688 made on the 27th of November is still pre-advised status on the tracking info.
    Been packed more than 10 days after buying it: costumer service ,unapologetic, said that that was normal and is gonna take between 10-20 days to arrive. Not normal at all!
    I am really disappointed . That's not a good way to do business.

      WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. i asked them to cancel my order and they just ignored. the reward is ridiculous because you have to spend double the amount of the reward to be able to use it. AS if i would want to purchase from them after this has happened. and they ignore my requests to cancel the order.

        I complained to a supervisor and got a 15% refund on my order. $499.95 USD phone = $74.99 USD refund to my Paypal. I suggest you ask for the same since they screwed up so badly with the shipping. I'll never ever order from them again either.

          Yeah i didnt update, they also offered a 15% back on purchase price, but only after i submitted a complaint and suggested this instead of their crap 15% back as a store reward…. They also then changed the latest arrival date from 15-Jan-2018 from what they first stated 25-Jan-2018.

          Did you order a OP5T as well? That's the exact date they have suggested for me (from the start) but my order didn't ship until 21st Dec (ordered on 13 Dec). I suspect they were waiting on a supplier to get stock, so your phone and mine may have been shipped around about the same time?
          I note from your tracking number the rep posted above, it has been pre-advised since 18th Dec, mine since 21st Dec but still showing the exact same as yours.

          I'm really pissed about this, I specifically ordered from LITB because they offered express 4-5 day shipping, and was hoping to get it before the new year. Not happening now.

          yup ordered the OP5T as well. Yup i only ordered from them because of the express shipping too. My friend ordered a couple of days after me and had it shipped out 3 days later than me and already received it yesterday.

          It hasn't reached Australia yet. It was supposed to be the express 4-5day shipping I got the same exact same excuse as the previous post. It seems that the sorting center is like a lottery, whoever gets picked first.

          Have got it up and running now, very nice so far - I'm at work though so haven't had much of a chance to really get everything set up the way I want it yet.

        10 days to source the item plus 40 days to ship it and looks like is still at Post NL sorting center right now.

    Spam, spam, spam. I bought something from LITB and now I get constant emails, sometimes one a day, sometimes four a day. I have hit "unsubscribe" so many times and it tells me my email preferences have been updated but I still constantly get emails. This has really turned me off LITB. How can you be taken seriously if you don't honour your unsubscribe function?

    Ordered n paid on 24 Nov dashcam order number 1711240726325231. It's just not happening is it. As in its never been sent. Tracking number shows no movement again for last week. Prior to that, 20 days no movement etc etc. It's still in China

  • I ordered the Dafang Smart IP camera on 30 Jan 18 (#27788775), took 2weeks to arrive only to find out that LightintheBox sells a camera which everyone is complaining about and doesn't work with IOS!!!. Sent it back based on the RMA instructions to use the CHEAPEST postage possible which doesn't include tracking or insurance. Now it is already end MAY!!! and I have still not received my refund.

    These guys are adding insult to injury, having to ask me to pay to send the damn unit back to them so all in all, I have nothing in hand and spent around $60 or more on this crap. To be honest, I am starting to suspect this may be a scam, how can they say they will refund the postage when it cost about the same as the unit? they may as well save the effort and just refund? Perhaps they sell dogdy items and get people to post them back with no tracking/insurance (which i presume they will not pay for) and then claim it is lost. Anyoneelse think this is a SCAM?!

    I would say OZbarginers beware until they show better behaviour!!!!.
