I just came across this site today when looking for flights. It appears to be very popular in China.
Has anyone used this site for travel bookings before and if so did you come across any issues?
Is Ctrip.com a Reputable Travel Booking Site?

I have used them twice (well sort of). First time I booked a hotel in KL and all went fine. 2nd time I booked a (fully refundable) hotel and later found a better deal and had no problems getting a refund.
Yeah, they're good. I used them all the time when I lived in China.

Used it once last year; I would say fairly reputable (booked a hotel for 1 night as well as a flight)
I did have an issue booking train tickets; they took payment for a ticket they later said was "unavailable"… Why take payment for something that is unavailable to begin with? I ended up having to buy the ticket in person in China (daunting experience if you have no idea what you are doing).
