I'm cautious of online orders and points. I met my spending criteria for both the Google home and a concurrent spend for week for points offer and received nothing. Atleast these coupons seem immediate any of the targetted offers don't seem to pick up online.

    • Always read t&c on email.
From memory, Google promo stated not to be used with other offers.

for anyone who thinks they qualified for the Woolworths "shop 4 weeks and get the google mini" and haven't received a confirmation email, you might want to follow up. Particularly if you redeemed the 3 month free delivery saver offer. I just did and they very clearly have a system issue that took the online delivery saver offer value (3 months for $50) and subtracted that amount off my grocery order NOT the delivery saver value, taking me below my spend threshold. The fact that the discount was a "free 3 month delivery saver" didn't seemed to change their perspective, which i found a bit odd.
After a polite chat and a few emails for proof, i am waiting on adjudication from higher beings

    • Important to be aware when ordering online, the transaction is taken to have occurred when you pickup your order ie 'completed transaction', not when it is originally ordered and paid for. Same with Coles/First Choice(flybuys). So make sure you pickup or receive delivery within the applicable timeframe to receive bonus points. I missed out on a bunch of points before I realised.

  • Probably [TARGETED] - as discovered in RBON2000 deal.

Haven't received this offer yet. Offers take time to come in slowly.

Successfully stacked 2000 points from that $40 spend offer with 2000 points with another $30/40/50 spend offer & showed 4040 points instantly in $40 online order.

So should be able to stack 3000+3000 on $50 spend for those who activated the $30/40/50 spend offer.

$30 in points on $50 spend is even better. Have 3 cards with that offer😀 Save $2.50 each order paying with discounted eGift Cards.

    • Mine says "Coupon "RBON2000" cannot be used with any other coupon"

      • I received that BONUS 2000 point code in same email as a reminder to spend $40 on my activated offer for 2000. They were designed to use together!

        You didn't read the t&c correctly…
        Discussed in that deal
Cannot be used in conjunction with any online offer where a promotional code is required to be entered at checkout.
Activated offers don't have codes to enter.
As only 1 code is entered, get 4000pts = $20 for $40 spend online.

    • hope it can be stacked as i have the 30/40/50 one and is ready for the $50 one. just be aware that online order can be out of stock, not sure what happens to the bonus points.

      • Has been discussed. Billed full amount & receive credit. So qualify for points. Worked for me.

You should receive a reminder email to spend $50 for points, and also this Bonus code. T&C are that can stack - my comment above.

Based on my last emails (14 Nov 2017, 06:03), this offer won't be received until tomorrow morning.

  • based on previous experience, will this work if I don't get the targeted offer / email ?

  • Mine still says "You have earned 50 points". Does anyones add the 3000 points before checkout?

    • +1

You weren't targeted. Same experience for others last deal. Otherwise, 3000 points will be added at checkout after entering code = 3050.

But if you are targetted, it hasn't been activated yet. I expect to receive the emails tomorrow morning, so might not be active before then.

Pointed out above this was likely a targeted offer.
OP didn't update deal, so Reported as [TARGETED].

  • I added the RBON2000 successfully but haven't received the bonus points. I didn't receive the targeted email, does this mean I won't be getting the bonus points even though I was able to add the code?

    • +1

Doesn't happen straight away. If you did manage to apply it successfully then the points should show up a couple of days after you have collected your order.

      • Cheers

      • Points show as soon as code is entered if you were targeted for this offer.

        • +1

Yeah should see the 6000+ points during checkout once you enter the code but don't think they get added on straight away tho (when you go into your WW account after ordering and check the points they don't show up). Usually Woolies will send an email a day or so after collection that's what happened last week for me anyways. Can use the $20 from last week's offer as well which is what I did.

  • Sorry, you are not eligible for this promotion.

I got the 2000 points from the last deal, but they don't want to give them to me this time.

    • Yes there seems to be three responses after entering the code:
      1. (If you don't satisfy minimum spend) "Sorry, you ar not eligible for this promotion" and "You have earned: 10 points"
      2. (If you satisfy minimum spend) "Coupon code "RBON3000" has been successfully applied." and " You have earned: 50 points"
      3. (If you have satisfied minimum spend AND activated coupon) ?

I almost made the mistake of ordering when it said "successfully applied".

      • In my experience, for case 2 it is very likely that wws rewards system is down temporarily at that moment. You can try again later unless your order contains hot items like baby formula which might go out of stock later, then you should place the order first with a further pickup date and come back to edit-resubmit the order later.
hint: baby formula (particularly A2 stage 3 and Aptamil gold stage 3) tend to go oos VERY easily and the amount of point you earn is fixed when you place your order. Just make sure your order does not go oos completely so that it registers in the wws rewards system. My fav is the $0.75 home brand soda/sparkling water, comes in handy after a hot day pick up.
In the highly unlikely event that you DO get the baby formula, you can flip them online in no time and perhaps make a small profit.

      • Response 2 immediately shows the 3000 extra points on screen, ie 3050 points if targeted for offer, otherwise just the 50 points from purchase.

Response 3 immediately shows above plus 3000 points for $30/40/50 offer already activated = 6050 points shown on screen.

Points were added next day in last offer & email sent notifying Woolies Dollars are available to spend.

  • Cheers OP :)

  • worked for me! thx!

    6000 points ($30) on $50 shop😁

If you used code RBON3000 before it was added to your account (received targeted email), so didn't see the 3000 points added at checkout after entering code, you won't qualify according to t&c.

  • Thanks RBON2000 and now RBON3000 both worked for me even though I didn't get the email.

    • It worked foe me as well but I have not seen the points in my account yet.

      • Mine were added as I entered the code. Also, I never picked mine up, got them delivered both times and still worked.

I have just spent the last hour on the phone to buffoons in the rewards and online team.. none of them wanted to take ownership of the problem and didn't budge for the first hour, then offered 2000 points as good will gesture. I refused it's not about your "good will". It's about acknowledging the 3000 points that are rightfully owed to me because your system accepted the code. I insisted on an investigation plus my full allocation of promotional points, Will see where it goes.
