Hi guys, I put an order in for an iphone X through Virgin Mobile on release day. There was some hold up with the credit check (not a credit issue, something to do with my name not matching), so several days later they submitted a new order, and cancelled the first order. Now I'm stuck waiting, with no ETA. I've contacted Virgin twice, and the only feedback I've received is 'up to 8 weeks', which when I rung them up when there was an issue with the credit check, they assured me was false and it would be much sooner. Anyone know of actual wait times? Can I cancel my contract or am I locked in now, even without the handset/sim?
