Hey all,
Currently searching for a reasonable priced L style couch in Sydney. Any recommendations would be great.
Thanks.

LOL i thought this was a thread looking for the best suburbs during council cleanup.
Would you have any inside info on this?

yes, i do. but my work is still so very far from complete.
my first prediction was that the primoness of the schwag is simply a linearly function of property prices. if my hypothesis was correct, imagine what we could expect to find on Wolseley Road, Point Piper, where the median home price is $7.75 m. brand new 80 cm plasma screens… right? maybe even a brand new BMW that had broken down and the owner was so annoyed at having to wait for the tow truck he just decided to leave it there because it'd be the equivalent of one of us dropping 5 cents and being too lazy to pick it up… right?… right?
nope. wben i drove by, tbere was nothing. not a thing. the kerbs were spotless.
but why? in your answer, propose a way you could test your hypothesis.
Need to find the line between rich and excessively rich, the excessively rich wont give a dime.
i think it's an interaction between income and political orientation, wherein income = ability to redistribute wealth, and orientation = willingness to do so.
so theory is that suburbs with the highest median home price that are also left-leaning will be where the primo schwag is at.
Try sitting on some.
